Note: Ensure that your sim is not having any active social or chat pack, because its won’t work for you if they are active.

There are two ways of using this tweak, Just follow the below settings exactly.

 HOW CAN I ROCK THE FREE BROWSING
  

METHOD 1
1. Make sure your Accountunt balance is N0.00k and also ensure you don't have mega byte on your sim 

2. Launch your Psiphon Handler(Download Psiphon Handler.apk)

3. Input these settings

proxy type-REAL HOST

proxy server-

real proxy type-DEFAULT

real proxy port-80

Click more options and tick http and input this in the host address 165.139.179.225 PORT-8080 or this 103.10.22.242:3128

save and connect.

METHOD 2

1. Make sure your Account balance is N0.00k and also ensure you don't have mb whatsoever

2. In your Access Point  network settings  then input these

APN-ETISALAT

PROXY-137.116.200.160

PORT-8080
3. Launch your Psiphon Handler and also input these ones

ROXY TYPE-REAL HOST

PROXY SERVER-41.190.16.160:8080

REAL PROXY TYPE-DEFAULT

REAL PROXY PORT-80

Click MORE OPTIONS

Tick http >HOST ADDRESS-165.139.179.225 PORT-8080. or HOST ADDRESS: 103.10.22.242 PORT: 3128

Save and Connect

NOTE:
First of all,it usually takes time to connect like 5mins,10mins or less. So, You need to  exercise patience if you want to use this tweak and like i said before don’t subscribe to any etisalat plan not even chat or social pack or you allow it to expire before trying this.

Once the Psiphon connects, You are good to go and then Enjoy Unlimited Downloading.
